Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with Divine Grit. Every piece is made to order with intention, just for you.

Processing Time: Please allow 2–5 business days for your order to be produced and prepared for shipment.

Shipping Time: Once your order ships, delivery takes an additional 3–8 business days. Orders are shipped via USPS, UPS, or FedEx.

Made-to-Order Items: Some items are made separately and may ship in multiple packages. You'll receive tracking for each shipment.

Order Tracking: As soon as your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with your tracking number so you can follow your package every step of the way.

Delays: While we do our best to meet these timeframes, occasional production or carrier delays may occur. We appreciate your patience and will keep you informed.

Questions? Lost or Missing Packages: If your tracking has not updated for an extended period or your package appears to be lost in transit, please contact us at hello@divinegrit.us and we’ll help you figure out the next step. If tracking shows your package as delivered but you can’t locate it, please check with household members, neighbors, and your local carrier first, then reach out to us if you still need help.
