Processing & Production Time

Every piece is custom printed just for you. Please allow up to 5 business days for production before your order ships. You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order is on its way.

Domestic Shipping

We ship to all 50 US states. Once your order has shipped, please allow an additional 5 business days for delivery. Orders are shipped via major carriers including USPS, UPS, and FedEx.

International Shipping

We currently ship within the United States only.

Shipping Costs

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.

Returns

Return Policy

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags attached.

How to Start a Return

Contact us via our Contact page with your order number and reason for return.
We'll send you return instructions and a return address.
Ship the item back to us. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or we made an error.
Once we receive and inspect the item, we'll process your refund within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.

Exchanges

Want a different size or style? Contact us within 30 days of delivery via our Contact page with your order number and the item you'd like instead. We'll confirm availability and send exchange instructions. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility; we'll ship the new item at no additional charge.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days of delivery at hello@divinegrit.us with your order number and photos of the issue. We'll send a free replacement or issue a full refund — your choice.

Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled within 2 hours of placement. After that, production begins and cancellations may not be possible. Email hello@divinegrit.us immediately if you need to cancel.
